A joint interdisciplinary work!

Tamara, Oriane, Camille and Sarah visit the Lycée Jean-Piaget (photo to the left) in the Swiss town of Neuchâtel and have been assigned for a joint interdisciplinary work. It should be about a marine theme related to sea ice. At the Gymnasium in Neuchâtel this work plays a big role on the way to the Abitur; in 10 weeks, a 12-page report is to emerge that spans the subjects of biology, chemistry and physics.

And so the group turned to AQUEIS and was forwarded to Nora-Charlotte Pauli and Dr. Katharina Michael from the Institute for Chemistry and Biology of the Sea (ICBM) at the University of Oldenburg, who assisted with the prepared questionnaire (pdf in German only, sorry) with professional advice and support. The result is impressive: there was the highest grade for the work! Well done, says AQUEIS!
